Er Faciolaro restaurant, Rome
If you’re going to Rome then having an amazing pizza must be a key item on your to do list, and you can certainly do this at Er Faciolaro, their pizzas are amazing!
They’re stone-baked, crispy, cheesy, garlicky – just what you imagine in your Italian pizza dreams! I went for spinach and cheeses and it was so tasty. And at €7-11 for a pizza it’s also pretty cheap considering you’re in central Rome.
It’s not too bad for drinks either with a litre of wine costing €14. Although watch out if you order a large beer hoping for a pint… when they say large they mean large and you’ll end up paying €10 for a litre! We did get a free shot of limoncello each though, so that was nice! 🙂
The restaurant on Via di Pietra which is about a five min walk from the Trevi Fountain and we basically just stumbled across it and struck gold! To find it you follow the same cobbled street (crossing over a few others) heading in the direction of the Pantheon, which is just round the corner from Er Faciolaro.
