Sofia’s, Skiathos

Well with a name like that, how could it be anything but cracking? 😉

Sofia’s is the place to go if you fancy more of a fine dining experience – as fine dining as you’ll get on a Greek island anyway, it still has the simplistic charm you want from the Greeks!

It’s up high overlooking the main harbour in Skiathos Town, so you couldn’t wish for a better view. And their seafood is fresher than fresh – if you’ve got a big enough budget splash out on the lobster, it’s so worth it. Their mussels are also delicious!

The menu is more expensive than the backstreet tavernas in Skiathos Town, but you can’t beat the view and there are still some reasonably priced options such as Moussaka for €10.
