Shipwreck Cove – a must see in Zante!

With towering cliffs overlooking turquoise waters and a white sanded beach where an old shipwreck lies, this cove is just spectacular.

We got a boat trip that had a number of stops but this was the main event. It gets busy unfortunately with so many big boat trips stopping there, but it’s still a must-see!

You can wander around the shipwreck and snorkle in the caves around the beach – and diving off the boats into the deep water is a good laugh too!

My only negative was that although the sea is a brilliant turquoise, it’s quite rough here which churns up the sand so it’s not very clear water. However it’s nice and clear in the caves for you to enjoy some fish watching!
