Ricchi e Poveri, Skiathos
Overlooking the old harbour in Skiathos Town, this restaurant is in a great spot but it takes a bit of commitment to find it – and a bit of a climb up some steps!
The food however is worth the quest. It’s a mezze restaurant with dishes from all around the Medeteranian. The king prawns, risotto balls, and stuffed mushrooms were particularly good! It’s pretty good value too, although you pay a bit more than those down in the main bit of the town as you’re also paying for great view.
To find it, head to the old harbour and up the steps past the Rock ‘n’ Roll bar. At the very top of the steps is a side street where you’ll find it.
Hi,
I am trying to book a table, overlooking the harbour, for my anniversary on Thursday, 27th July at 8pm and not sure which is the best way to do these. Thank you in advance
I guess it depends on your budget but this one is a great spot! There is a lovely taverna called Sofia which is up high overlooking the harbour and probably is a bit fancier for the food. I had lobster there one time it was gorgeous! They have two floors overlooking the harbour, the top one is uncovered and has the better views.
